sander missing twice

opened it up and the palm sander was missing. Lowes had me bring it back for exchange, did that and got the new package home and was also missing the palm sander. I should have checked when I picked it up but felt okay since it had the white plastic strapping on the outside. i did not have time to keep dealing with it so kept the package and learned a lesson.

I've used each one of these now and love each tool. The batteries last quite a while for DIY use. Having two batteries is great depending on the project. I almost always have one in one of the saws and one in the impact driver or drill whenever I'm working on something.
