[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] More power and lighter then the 18v toolS. The impact driver is the one I use the most. I don’t know how I ever got through life with out one. The lights built into the tools are helpful when working in low light places.

New Kit Replaces Old

I have had Craftsman cordless tools for years. Bad part about them is the batteries don't last and start going south as soon as you use them. I looked at Kobalt, Milwaukee and all of the other brands. I decided on Dewalt because I used them when I worked industrial construction. They always worked and the batteries lasted longer. We are a dewalt family, and switched over from 18v to 20. Great change and definitely tools well needed around the house!

Not good

Purchased the set end of April on a trip to Kentucky. When I got back home to RI I used it almost daily for portable was the key word. So, shortly after putting it to work the recip saw burned out cutting a piece of wood with the 4" blade. Then, while inserting garden timber "Head Lock" screws, 8" long, the impact drill stopped turning 4 " into the application. Great Combination of Tools!

Probably the most innovative tool is the reciprocating saw, I've used it to cut hardened steel, plastic, and wood without issues it has always had enough speed and power. The work light is fairly bright. No issues with driving screws with the impact driver! The drill has great power and speed! I just wish that it was a hammer drill. All the too...
