What Customers Are Saying
The product is a useful portable power source that can charge phones and small USB-powered devices, especially in situations where traditional power is unavailable. Customers appreciate its portability and ability to use existing DeWALT batteries. However, the 1.5A output is not sufficient for quickly charging larger devices like tablets, and it can drain the battery quickly when powering higher-draw devices. Some customers feel the product is overpriced compared to similar offerings. Overall, it is a good backup power source for its intended purpose of charging phones and small devices, but may not meet the needs of those requiring faster charging or powering larger electronics.

Would Not RecommendLet me start by saying I do love my dewalt tools and I'm willing to pay a little extra for most. This product is way too overpriced for what you're getting. There are many copycat similiar tools that give you more for a fraction of the price. I've also seen where they include a little light/flashlight on it. Come on dewalt, give us something worth it.

Underwhelming when compared to other systems
Would Not RecommendThis simple device is pretty underwhelming when compared to the systems from Milwaukee and Ryobi with their compact inverters capable of handling tablets through 2 USB and full 120v outlet for laptops. As is the output at 1.5A handles phones or very slowly tablets. With my collection of tools and batteries it would be appreciated to get full support without having to bum power from someone else.

Great to have anywhere where no power is available
Would RecommendI have 2 of these. The one has been transitioned over to be used for other usb chargeable items when it quit working for my phone. I take one if not both to ball games to have if phones need to be charged and it’s also great to have if you lose power. I have 5 batteries total on standby to use if need be. I usually have an extra one if need be in case one battery goes dead. I have used this for my police scanner as well. Can’t complain about them other than a not fast enough charge but it in rea...

Would RecommendWe used this to keep our cell phone batteries charged for 10 days during a power outage after hurricane Ian at first we bought a no-name version and it was a total piece of junk compared to the DeWalt this is the real deal to not buy the imitations they don't work nearly as well

Much better than carrying a separate battery pack.
Would RecommendGreat way to get USB power from the Dewalt batteries. Shows the battery level and works with both 20v and 12v batteries.

ANOTHER DISAPPOINTMENT WITH DEWALT
Would Not RecommendIt pice of plastic is not worth half of the price. Don't try to charge iPods with it its a fail. It takes hours to charge any of the new phones. I have older iPhone (12) and original charger charges at 25-30 mamps and this charger bearly does 1.5. its a joke.
