Cutter, DRY???

 Would Recommend

I recently purchased this "DRY" brand because I thought it would go on dry, like the competition does-BIG MISTAKE- this product does not spray on dry, but instead sprays on like the typical oily type of spray. If you really prefer the dry stuff, go with the competition. Works comparative to other brands as far as being a repellant, just doesn't spray on dry.
