We bought this to replace an older model of the same toaster because the older toaster did. It toast on both sides of the bread evenly. We were disappointed to find out this new model also did. To toast evenly at all. We had to return it.

The overall toasting leaves a lot to be desired. The toaster struggles with real bread made by hand from local bakery, even set to Bagel setting! Consequently we often have to turn slice and give it an added few minutes.

Really enjoy the 4 toaster slots. Great options for doneness levels on each half. Wish it was made of metal rather than plastic.

Great buy, great performance
Saw this recommended in Wirecutter. Great toaster, does everything from bagels to large slices of bread, but doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. Got mine in black and it looks great on my kitchen counter. Two separate sets of controls so you can toast bagels and skinny pieces of bread at the same time and everything comes out perfectly. Easy to clean separate crumb trays too. Best toaster I’ve had in ages and at a nice price point.

Disappointed
Should have read the box. Its very light plastic! Cheaply made I dont think its going to last very long. We were having overnight guest so I had to keep it. Fingers crossed 🤞
