I love my new knives! I have 2 blocks of "countertop" knives, and I've just about quit using them. These knives are amazing! Besides the way they look, I really like the way that they hold an edge. I have been using them in the exact way that I used my other knives, and have not had to resharpen them, yet! And, the blade guards are excellent! Would RecommendWasted my time with other knives before buying these. I love that they slice, cut and chop perfectly each time. They look good and having the blade guards to store them in is great. It nice not having to guess what knife to use I appreciated the guide on the box.

Would Not RecommendThe sharpest knives I’ve ever had. However, I was upset to see that all but one knife is VERY LARGE. I’ve not used them much due to their size.
