Didn't last long :(

The model of my Crock-Pot is actually SCR400-SP; I couldn't find it to select that model. I used it twice, without problem; on the third use, it died ... it didn't even get warm. I checked the outlet, and it was fine. I had guests coming over for dinner, so I had gone to the store to pick up a few things. When I got back, the pot was still cold. Need to obtain a new cover

Used my crockpot yesterday. Was going to wash it today and cover shattered as I put it in the sink of hot soapy water. What do I do to get a new cover?

Disappointed by the Stoneware

I've used crockpot products for a long time - they're inexpensive and easy way to make amazing stews and meat. This the two I've attempted to purchase have very poor quality stoneware with lots of chips and scuffs that clearly weren't just the result of rough shipping. I don't really want to cook food in deteriorating stoneware.

Amazing Cooker

Just the right size!

This is the right size to make soup, sauce, vegetables or anything really for a small group. We have put them to great use already.

Love my replacement Crock Pot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I lost my dial and couldn't use my smaller Crock Pot. I bought a new one that is round with black and white circles. It has low, medium, high and warm. I love using this for meals I can make early in the day and then rest till my husband comes home for dinner. I am recovering from cancer so this is a blessing. The warm feature is great!

Perfect for two

Just what we needed for two people. No frills and works great. Had a larger one, but got a crack across the bottom of the crock. Hope this doesn't happen with a smaller crock.

Heats so slowly.

I got this as a Christmas present. I love my original, very old Crock-Pot, that is all one unit, no removal crock. I expected to love this newer version, but when I tried cooking chili on High for 40 minutes, the chili was barely warm. The crock doesn't fit tightly in the heating unit; there is about 1/2 inch of space between the crock and the unit. Is it supposed to be this way, or do I have a defective cooker? I want to use this gift, but I need it to heat and cook the food. Help!

Best Crock Pot in 30 years

I am so pleased with the new Crock Pot,since I purchased a 3 1/2 Qt. 30 years ago. This is so much easier to clean with the removable Crockery.I just purchased a newer 4 1/2 Qt. model to replace the 30 year model that finally quit working. I liked this new one so much I purchased a 2nd 4 1/2 Qt.

Purchased for the added "warm" setting. So much more covenient. Looks great and stylish in my kitchen.

Received September 2018 . Stoneware half-full : High setting will not cook meat well done even after running for 10 hours.
