Nice but damaged
Would RecommendI bought this for my 5 year old daughter Christmas 2020 at Michael’s bc it was sold out everywhere I looked and we both love it other than the fact that it came really scratched up. She drew something and when I went to wipe it off, some scratches were so deep the marker got in them and now will not wipe off. it just looks dirty all the time. Great board but No found the refill FX marker
Would Not RecommendI like the board. However, we we ran out the marker we couldn’t find any kind of FX marker like that. I bought 2 pack of crayola glow marker. However, they do not show glow at all. What can we do with the board when running out of marker ?

Disappointing

Would Not RecommendMy 3 yr old kept asking for one for Christmas. Got one and when he opened it there were scratches and swirls all over it. Made it really hard to see/draw with the light one. Took it back for an exchange and that too had scratches all over. Sadly disappointed in this product.

Cool idea but not kid friendly for wiping clean
Would Not RecommendLove this idea and my daughter loves it. However, it takes Windex and a rag to remove drawings. Which is fine but should be more prevalently specified for those that think kids can use this alone. My daughter is 8 so it's fine but having to keep Windex and a glass rag on hand is not really great. Also, it's specified to only use Gel FX markers. But you cannot buy "gel fx" markers anywhere. ??? So what is she to use when these markers run out? Not happy with those two MAJOR issues with his produ...

Horrible! Doesn't work!
Would Not RecommendDefective product, doesn't work after trying multiple brand new batteries. Contacted customer service only to be told that I would have to pay to ship it back to get my refund...are you kidding me?!?! I have to be out of pocket because Crayola sent me a defective item. The rep said she would have someone call me back to discuss this because she was unable to and have yet to hear from anyone. Horrible way to do business!

Purchased 2 of the Crayola Ultimate Light Boards. Overall, they have really been enjoying them. We love that you can remove the black board and use it to trace. The only thing I would suggest, is making it dry erase!
