Don’t order plants in the winter

I looked on Lowe’s website for these plants and they were not available in-store. So I ordered online. The delivery was a day later than it was supposed to be. Upon delivery, the plants leaves were turning black as it was exposed to the cold and they only protected the roots. It was delivered upside down as well. I had returned it to the store only to find the same plants I ordered online being there in the store. It was a hassle to return. I only received a portion of the amount I paid for this...

Didn’t receive any items pictured.

I did not receive any pothos. I received a golden gate pepromia, Henry Craig Dracaena, Juanita Fittonia and Bush on fire croton. I literally cannot use any of these plants for my project and Lowe’s was absolutely no help at getting these items exchange for what I actually ordered.

8 of the same plant

I did not like that this is supposed to be an assorted group of pothos and it’s 8 of the same one, goldens.

Assorted pothos does NOT mean assorted

I ordered an 8 pack of assorted pothos for Christmas gifts and received 8 golden pathos. Definitely not assorted. Definitely not what the description said.

Product arrived on deaths door. I've been wanting 1 of these plants for quite a while now, extremely disappointed when the plants had root rot from being over overwatered . I bought 2 of them and neither of them survived this weekend. I wish i could get a refund as the only thing that arrived in somewhat decent condition is the self watering pots they came with.

Expect no variety.

It was only Goldens, no other varieties. You can’t call it a “variety pack” with only one type. They were fairly healthy so that’s why I gave it two stars instead of one.
