Would RecommendLighter weight 4x8 sheet made it easier to carry up the stairs and also less cumulative "dead" weight on the structure. Even though only 1/2" (some say 5/8" is required for 24" on-center construction), no sagging given the span between where its screwed to the wood structure, even the ceiling.
