Would RecommendYou need to look at each one prior to buying. The cut out atea is not uniform in length. A number are split and you need to insure it doesn't go all way through. Good ones work well.

Quick assembly
Would RecommendI set post at 8 foot center using treated 4X4. I used pilot holes 8 screws for assembly. No sagging and looks great. We shall see how it holds up to this Seattle area weather. The rails are a bit thicker than a 2X4 and narrower. Gives that support for the 8 feet span while trimming the overall weight. Well worth the price.
Comes with a gotcha
Would RecommendThey have precut the dado for attaching the post to the deck framing, but unlike the straight posts Lowes carries, the corner posts do not have a dado for attaching the deck railing. Since it's a stopped dado, you either have to cut this with a router or a hand-saw and chisel.
