Quick to set up, quick to clean up

My Art teacher utilises these for school art shows. The setup is quick as well as the clean up. We have not yet damaged the paint on the walls.

Command strip damaged my wall and peeled the paint off

Useless

I have tried multiple different kinds of strips and every single one has fallen off. It's caused a rupture in my home. Broken frames daily. And don't even get me started with the walls. Let's just say they are looking a little ripped up. Disappointed is an understatement...

Rips pieces of wall off every time

Definitely not damage free, all of these strips are awful. The tab breaks off from the bottom so you have to try to pry it off the wall without it. Every type of strip I’ve used has torn off the paint and the drywall paper under it. So many spots to patch.

Not worth your money!! Dont waste your time!!!

Every single one of my pots and pans fell off of the wall and stripped the paint so I'm definitely not getting my deposit back on my apartments. Not cool bro!!!

Do not recommend.

Didn't hold picture even though it was well below the weight limit. Broken glass on carpet. I now have to find some place that will reglass the picture.

Large picture hangers for various items

I purchased these to hang various items on a large rolling bedside table and they’re fantastic. Very happy with their performance. I move this table many times a day(these hangers have been battered around with every movement) and these hangers are just NOW showing distress. They have been on my table for approximately 5 years and SOME are just now beginning to fall off and must be replaced.

Initially a good product but ...

Initially, they work great if you add more than recommended, even for lighter picture frames. The problem i ran into was using them in an enclosed 3 season room. i had several pictures proudly hung, but extreme temperatures resulted in a few pictures falling. i have since removed all frames and will resort to what i didnt want to do .. metal fasteners (screws, nail hangers etc) It began during winter and very cold weather that i lost a few frames. Did not do well holding small pictures on drywall.

Terrible. I would rather have the nail holes than the chipped paint where the Command strip ripped the finish as the pictures were falling. They were only 4" x 6", so no - they were not too heavy.

worthless product

wanted to give it zero stars but the system would not let me. I can't ever remember using a product that failed so instantly. It's shocking that you continue to sell these worthless strips. I am a skilled homeowner and follow directions. Having plaster walls in my new "old" house forced me to try these. Walls were freshly painted two months ago. Waited 24 hrs before hanging pictures. All 3 fell off the wall before we left the room.

Waste of money

I’ve been purchasing command strips and hooks for a while. I use the up to 16 lbs strips for photos not even weighing 2lbs. These strips have peeled paint and the drywall paper and I rent. These are to be non-damaging and renter friendly and are nowhere near.

Terrible Product - 3M, you owe me a camera!

These strips broke my camera. A camera weighing less than 5 pounds, we used 2 x 16lb strips. It fell once luckily on soft mat and was okay. A week or so later, with 2 new 16lb strips, the camera fell again and is now broken. 3M where should I send the bill for the new camera?

Doesn't last forever

I hung up a bunch of pictures with these. I loved it didn't leave holes in the walls but after a year my 3rd picture has fallen off the wall. One broke. So the rest I have hanging up with this product I have taken down because it's only a matter of time they fall off also. I will now be using nails. It's a shame.

Blah waste of money

Not sticking . Light frames don’t stick on wall. 3/4 pictures fell within 10 minutes

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

I bought these to hang pictures in my new place instead of putting holes in the walls. I had a large picture that weights about 8 pounds so I used 5 of the "holds up to 16 lb" strips. The picture fell after 5 days breaking the glass and frame. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! These strips do not work and will ruin your pictures/art. (didn't hold small canvases that weight less than a pound either)

Total Failure

I have bought several different types of command strips and have been very disappointed. I have plaster walls, so really wanted these to work! I followed all the instructions and my items/pictures all fall — some within an hour and others after a few months. Most recently a picture fell, the glass and the frame broke.

What a joke!

I bought this to hang a picture in my brand new 18k remodeled bathroom. The picture was a canvas frameless picture that weighed less than one pound. Followed direction and 3 days later the picture fell off the wall. I tried to remove the strips as indicted. When the strips came off so did the paint along with the dry wall paper. Purchased this as I did not to put holes in brand new walls. No holes in the wall, but a ruined wall from these strips. I would never recommend this to anyone.

No luck with product

I have never had success with these strip products. They hang pictures for maybe a month or 2 and eventually fall down breaking my frames.Maybe they would secure paper posters

ripped off paint

I used all over my house to hang photos/paintings. Come to find out when we moved and took them down, they took off a lot of paint, leaving open dry wall. We removed them carefully and still caused damage.
