I want refill strips in BLACK--without the velcro!
Over the years I have had mostly great success with Command hooks, picture hanging velcro strips, and the white foam refill strips. They are my absolute go-to for hanging Christmas decorations each year. I've had less success with the clear strips - you really only want to use those on surfaces like glass or smooth ceramic tile.
