Corroded!

I've had this flashlight for about a year and the battery compartment became corroded and now won't work at all. What's the story with the so called battery guard. Sounds like marketing hype to me. To make it worse you cannot get a replacement part so this is only good for the trash!

I love my Coleman products in there flashlight is awesome! It was very bright and the batteries last a long time and it is durable! Coleman, in my opinion mix makes some of the best battery operated flashlights

Love how light and easy it is. It's pretty strong and bright ar night. The battery lasts long for weeks. Great to have at home for walking at night!

Battery leaked, did not disengage. Flashlight, after cleaning, does not work

Good Grip Light

Very nice light. I love the rubber grip, which keeps it from sliding in the hand. Is working very well when I need it.

Great light! The brightness is good. It shines far even in the rain. The battery last long and it is very strong made. Weird to use these in our family.

Not durable, battery guard doesn't live up to name

The battery guard does not protect batteries from corrosion. Quite the opposite, the corrosion eats away at the conduits in the battery guard so that they are unusable. Without this innovation, this flashlight would still be usable after corroded batteries. Instead, it lasted all of one season. Do not buy.

Mistake made

I meant for this flashlight to replace a Coleman Onesource rechargeable and this is battery operated and not rechargeable… a sad day indeed when I received this new flashlight

Sturdy but corroded batteries after short time!!!

I was impressed with how sturdy this was and was interested to see how well the battery guard worked. WELL, I just pulled it out of my glove compartment after just a couple of months and there is corrosion all over the bottom of the battery compartment (with the original batteries) and the battery cartridge is so corroded it won’t even come out!!! I guess I can still use it to knock the inventor over the head. I’m going back to my rechargeable LED light.

Portable and Powerful flashlight

A mighty light. I ordered this flashlight because I already owned one. But what I didn't realize was that the one I ordered was much smaller than the one I already owned. So when the shipment arrived and I saw the size, I was disappointed. But when I tried out the lights power and compared it to the larger one I already owned, the light emitted from both flashlights was almost the same. I was then very impressed and pleased that I now, do not have to carry around a larger light. Coleman gets 5 s...

Love switch on top of light.

We have used the lights for a couple of months, and everyone who uses them, loves them. We love the on-off switch on top of the light, not on the end. Switches on the end, require a certain position of the hand and thumb that are not convenient.

Complaint

I like it when it works! Doesn't work now. Replaced batteries and still doesn't work. By its design I can't get to the bulb. Not much good when you can't count on it.
