The back is to small and doesn't support anyone but my small child. It keeps coming loose even though I have tighten it multiple times.

My husband and I bought this 2.5 years ago to be used mainly as a couch in a spare room and an added guest bed a few times a year. We originally got it because we liked the look better than a regular futon. However, it took hours to assemble because of the poorly aligned bolt holes for the arm rests. We eventually had to drill new holes into the couch to connect the arm rests on both sides. It is also very cheaply built. Very disappointed

Thus item is cheaply made. Not comfortable in any way.the back of the couch is too low. The cushions slide all over. I'm just very disappointed in this item.I plan to return it! I usually love everything I get from Lowes.

Don't let the padding fool you! Firstly, unless you are very tall with long legs it won't be comfortable. Seat cushion extends about 6 inches behind your knees so its very hard for your feet to reach the floor unless you sit far forward, which now you have no back support. Nice piece of furniture

No assembly was a significant factor in purchasing. We had to match an existing bed set. This piece is excellent. Despite a very well packaged item (all corners and edges are well braced and protected), the rear panel incurred damage and a 6" diameter piece was smashed out. The ONLY reason for dropping rating by one star is the process for resolving. It is likely taking longer than necessary because this is not a Lowe's product

Mahogany Nightstand

The products came well-packaged in separate boxes. The first one went together well. The second had a broken drawer side, cracked lower back brace, and a partially attached guide for the slide-out shelf. The broken drawer side had no evidence of glue on the tongue and groove joints with the front or back. Thin and low quality

I bought this expecting a full BED Frame. That is honor was advertised. There are no rails, the material is very thin. The pads on the bottom were already broken leaving rough metal to com in contact with my floors. Not worth the price at all! I was highly disappointed in this product and expected better from Lowe's. I was not sure what I would getting. But to my surprise. It is perfect for lamps and coaster. The 2nd shelf is more that what I expect. Assembly was so quick and easy. Great choice

Coaster coffee and end table set

My daughter wanted a faux coffee table set for Christmas and mentioned she had seen some on the internet. So I went out searching on web and decided that I would rather take a chance if I had a set delivered to Lowe’s in case there was a problem. Not what I'd call "fine furniture"

Not that I was expecting high-end woodworking, and I feel like a bit of a snob for saying this, but I'm a bit disappointed. The chairs are real solid wood, as far as I can tell, but with liberal use of veneer, presumably to cover up unattractive grain or flaws. I can't even always tell which parts are veneered, which I guess is technically impressive, but I think it's most of the visible surface. It ends up having a bit of that "manufactured wood" look. Color doesn't match picture

I just received the love seat and matching chair. First time I bought furniture from this company. Thought I was getting a "milk chocolate" but got a dark brown almost black color. Very easy to put together. Also its not very comfortable to sit in but hope it breaks in with time.

Broken but good customer service

We picked the item up from the store took it home and after unpackaging it found that the brackets on one side of the table were both broken. My husband went to Lowe's and the manager said they called the manufacturer and the manufacturer said they wouldn't do anything when asked for them to send replacement brackets. So the customer service manager in Monroe ordered another table gave us the new parts we gave her the broken ones and she said they would handle sending it back to the manufacturer...

Save your $

Cheaply made, the table top was warped, not stable at ALL - not worth the price at all! We have bought full dining sets for less that were made better than this. If it wasn't such a pain to take apart and return we would. The only thing nice i can say is from afar it looks nice

Great for a guest bedroom!

Overall very good quality for the price. The only thing that would make it perfect would be to add the same felt cover to the bottom drawer that is in the top drawer. Otherwise, it's a solid piece with drawers that open and close smoothly.

Futon cover

The cover is held on with stretcher ties. They have broken off every time someone sits on the futon. Impossible to fix. Recommend a different way to hold the cover one. Nice color. Easy assembly and fits in a small college dorm or apartment.

Very nice chaise

I love my brand new chaise, so do my pets. Two teen boys assembled it for me in about 30 minutes or less, all tools included to do the job. The back support pillow is large and lovely too. Very good buy, good service, free delivery.
