purchased this light as gift for a friend. He uses the light around his property to spot critters at night. He has expressed his satisfaction with the light many times and has recommended coast products to his friends and family.

I am a loyal Coast light owner and bought this one for my wife. It is very bright and the rechargeable batteries a great because we have ruined so many things with leaky alkaline batteries.

Rechargeable is the only way to go

I like this light better than my maglights. When you need a bright light this one is good but I find myself using the low setting most often inside. I to wish the switch would stay where you select it but it's easy enough to pick the lower setting. The other great feature is dual power I always have lots of aa battery's around not always ds though. This light feels very sturdy. I am convinced dual power is the way to especially for emergency use.

Polysteel line of flashlights-my favorite line!

The Polysteel lights are great! They're tough & durable lights, bright and I like the feel of the case over metal. I like that you can use the regular or rechargeable battery pack.

just received the 600r flashlight. its everything i hoped for in a flashlight .the two stage light is great so far and just the right illumination to do my work. Very pleased so far with my Coast product hope to add more in the future

Great Light!

I bought this light 6 months ago to go shell hunting at night when my wife and I went to Destin,FL. It’s a great light, the dimmest mode was perfect for what we were doing. It’s adjustable focus for longer range applications and has high, medium and low brightness settings. I’ve had two of the 600Rs, one was defective and Coast replaced it for free. I think they have lifetime warranties. I knew something was up with it because the twist to focus was extremely hard right out of the box. Like brea...

Love the beam pattern and brightness. Flashlight can be washed when dirty. Love the long battery life.

Water proof i say

I bought it a couple years ago . We went camping for a week . My 2 year old decided to take it to the river for a swim . Completely submerged it. Didnt work . But i wrote customer sirvice and the gave me the hp3r. Customer service told me throw it away . I didn't. 2022 has come and i fixed and works perfectly fine!

One tough light

At first, I was unsure about the polymer construction after owning numerous Coast flashlights all with full metal bodies that hold up to impressive punishment and extreme environments without skipping a beat. I learned very quickly that the polymer model was every bit as tough as any one of my metal ones and when they inevitably get dropped, the beautiful finish wont scratch or dent.
