Would Not RecommendMay Co Worker sent in for a request of warranty on 3 flashlights & that process was fast & smooth, Along with FREE! Then a year later I sent in for a request for 4 flashlight replacement under warranty & this time had to provide pics with name of who uses flashlights & then they insisted I had to pay the tax. I had told her that my Co worker just filed the same request & his was Fast, Friendly & FREE of any payment. She didn't care

I replaced my 2 year old
Would RecommendMy 2 year old cap started spinning when taking out the battery, so bought same one again since this is a good product Now I lost the clip on the new one and using the one from the old, notified warranty about the clip. Just read here about lifetime warranty and will submit claim on older spinner. Coast is good at supporting products and that's why I stay loyal. They can't manufacture a perfect product that will never have issues, but they can certainly offer great support.
