missing parts
Would Not RecommendBought 3, missing two parts, one of which I need. The other missing part is for a permanent install which I am not doing, but you might. Working with ClosetMaid to replace the 2-cent part I need.

Sold me a damaged and returned item.
Would Not RecommendThis was meant to be a new product. This was clearly a product someone else had returned. Lowes didn’t even bother to reseal the packaging. It came damaged, missing pieces, wood chipped and dirty. Disgusting!
