Would RecommendI usually use liquid chlorine to treat an algae bloom, however that requires raising chlorine levels to 20ppm or higher depending on the CYA levels and, takes days before the pool is usable. With my pH 7.6 and FC at 6 ppm Eliminator2 started working immediately with the green water turning milky white as Eliminator2 started to kill the algae.
