Works perfectly
I switch from using Leslie’s powder power to using both the Clorox plus 4in 1 and 6in 1 and never have a problem. I have the reviews and I’m willing to bet the one star reviewers are doing something wrong. Every Sunday I brush the walls and vacuum the pool floor. Take 5 gallon bucket of pool water and dump half a packet of the shock. Mix it, wait a few minutes till the powder is dissolved into solution and pour it around the edge of my pool. Works every time
Would RecommendI use this shock at pool opening and during the full season. I have never had an issue and know it is a reputable and reliable product. I actually prefer the bags over the bottles to reduce waste disposal I also use the boxes to cover the soil for my garden over winter as weed control. Thanks Clorox for being somewhat environmentally aware.

Disappointed
Purchased a 12 # box to treat 26,000 gal pool as a trial. Chlorine content was low so treated with 2 lbs. 2 days later no chlorine content. Treated again with 2 lbs, 2 days later, no chlorine content What’s up here?
