Would Recommendit works. after leaving it on for a couple of hours i scraped off the thick paint. but paint gets into the grain, so then you have to use a wet bristle brush. when the paint is wet you can wipe if off with a damp rag. Keep refreshing the rag in a clean pale and refresh the pale water every couple of steps. the remaining paint will wipe off. I'm prepared to do a little sanding to clean up any residue.

Would RecommendYou still need ventilation, you may need to apply a couple rounds, but it works. Apply generously & covering with plastic wrap. Says wait 24 hours, but even at least than 12 it worked.

Would RecommendI like the results and the fact that it is low odor. You do still need good ventilation though. There is a small learning curve with how much to apply but it gels up nicely when you removed a lot of the finish and that makes it easy to scoop up and throw away. It’s not runny at all.

Would Not RecommendMy basement had carpet and after I pulled it up, there was some kind of adhesive paint around the walls. I applied this with a brush over and waited 30 minutes. Now all I have is a house in fumes and the goo is now stuck on the floor. Now I have to find something else just to get it off my floor.
Don't let gel dry.
Would RecommendDoesn't have bad fumes; however, I make sure to vent the area. Also, using plastic sheet on the brushed removal gel surface doesn't elongate time method, to make it easier the paint/varnish scrapping. To make corrections removal, make sure to use about 30 minutes. Don't let the gel dry or you'll need to use more chem and scrape. Chem works excellent.
