Just the right length and weight!!
I needed a rod like article for Physical Therapy on my arm. My trainer suggested a piece of PCV pipe. When I went to get one at Lowe's, there was one in the bin exactly the right length and weight.

Works great as leg extensions for stools
Would RecommendWorks great as leg extensions for stools as well. We need it to make our Pottery throwing stools tilt a little bit so I used the CPVC pipe because it was a perfect fit unfortunately the store has an inventory problem and doesn't have enough end caps for all of my stools they've been out of stock even though their inventory shows that there are some in store. There are more on the way but it's been over a month and they still haven't received them too bad
