Lowe’s customer service is atrocious. I have had the grill 2 Weeks and not been able to use it because the electronic igniter will not light the main burners Lowe’s keeps sending out replacement grills but they need to send a service call out to alight the burners. Root cause suspected that who ever is assembling them at the distribution center before delivery is at fault. Two grills same problem. Not assembled right. No help from customer service. Would RecommendI am not at all happy that my grill was not assembled at pickup. I bought the floor model, which was assembled. When I picked up my order it was in the box and no one knew why. It took me 3 days to assemble.

Disappointed to say the least
Would Not RecommendThe stainless steel used is cheaper than my previous version and the flame distribution pieces cause huge flames when cooking burgers. The plastics knobs wore out in a few months and will not stay on the burner controls properly. I would not recommend this grill to anyone.
