Would RecommendBecause I have an older grill I had to drill a hole to mount the thermometer on the lid of my grill. It wasn’t a difficult installation. It works very well and much more accurate than the original low-medium-high thermometer.

How to Ruin a brisket
Would Not RecommendNot even close with correct temp. Read 250, had to be at least 350. I'm not a novice at this either. Ruined a 16 lb brisket...I should have gone with my gut and realized it wasn't reading correct. Review wouldn't let me give ZERO stars.

Grill thermometer
Purchased to add a thermometer to a Weber Go Anywhere portable grill. After drilling the hole and mounting the thermometer, it works perfectly. I can now accurately gauge the temperature I am cooking at, achieving the desired level of "done" without burning.
