Not as good as my last Char Broil
Would RecommendI had my previous grill for 13 years (until it blew off the deck in high winds). I loved it. It was predictable. I know I’ll get used to this one, too, but I like the grates less and I miss the steel plates under the grates which made it easy to clean. I feel like I have to pull the drip drain plate thing every time I use it. A bit disappointed.

Igniting button is flimsy
Would Not RecommendIgnite button does not connect with the burners and Lowe’s put the bbq together. Grease pans were filthy dirty and instructions were soaking wet. How Lowe’s could consider loading this into my SUV is incredible. It’s being returned to the store tomorrow.

I paid to have it assembled the barbecue they brought me must’ve been laying around somewhere cause there’s a lot of rust on it. It’s covered with dust and it’s put together like a piece garbage never buy another one from you people. I should get my money back.

Mikey/supv was good guy not his fault
Would RecommendDelays in delivery. Truck accident (inconvenient but not your fault). Had to order it again went to pick it up and it wasn’t assembled in the order said it would be so I had to wait a few more days to be assembled and then when I picked it up and got it to my house and out of my car, the hose to the propane tank could not be found
