I am overall very pleased with the Champion dual fuel generator. I did the recommended 5 hour break-in period and oil change and have run the generator on both gas and propane. As I have seen others mention at various places on-line, the generator is a bit more difficult to start on propane than gas using the recommended procedures. From my experience it just seems to take a bit longer to prime when starting on propane which just means several more pulls compared to gas which usually just takes ...

I bought this inverter

Easy to start, runs quiet, very little exhaust, lightweight, condensed and very portable, also runs long time on 1 gallon of gas. Very pleased, just wish I would have spent a little more to get the dual fuel option.

Works as described

Started up on 2nd pull. Nice and compact. A little louder under load than I was hoping. Clips securing plastic exhaust cover came broken but customer service great so far.

I bought this generator for the propane function. It was very easy to unbox and set up. I ran it for the five-hour break-in period before changing the oil, and the generator has performed great. This will be a great addition for my camping adventures.

Great unit. Good power, light weight, quiet and efficient. Love the dual fuel and easy start features. Be sure to prime with 5 pulls on choke for propane. Starts first pull after that. I plan to get a second to tie together for RV AC. SWEEPSTAKES TOO!!!!

This is one smooth running generator!

This little generator was super easy to set-up. I had it unboxed and running in less than 15 minutes using the quick guide instructions. I just completed the break-in oil change at 5 hours, and it has performed without flaw. I purchased it as a backup for the solar system on my camper, and I only intend to run it on propane. I own several generators, but this is my first to run on propane. I'm pretty impressed with it. I wished it was equipped with an hour meter since I'm a big fan of on time ma...

Loader under load than i thought it would be

Compact, fairly quiet with light load. Hooked up my deep fryer and it was much loader than I was expecting under load. Clip holding plastic had detached and exhaust cover protruding.

I would definitely buy one again

I bought this to run our sump pump and my C pac machine. Works perfect. Nice feature being able to turn fuel off and run carb dry when string for extended periods. Starts first or second pull. Very impressive

love champion generators

this is our second champion generator and as with the first we love it. the first being our initial time buying we went big(4000) and found it was a bit too heavy to take camping etc. we have had this one for approx 5 years and it has never missed a beat , so we thought we would try this 2000 inverter type . we hit another home run . it started 2nd pull and is very quiet

Great product

This is my forth champion generator, they all have been great, we use them at the ranch , for the last ten years , most of the time they start on the first pull .
