Would Not RecommendGod forbid you need parts for an RJO101. I'm on my third try to get a defective opener working again. At least half hour each on the phone with a foreign ignore agent. First "guess" was for the wrong part to fix issue. Second "guess" right board sent for the wrong model. Just got off the phone with another foreign agent and was told another week to get the correct part. This opener will come back to Lowes for a complete replacement if this doesn't correct the issue.

Would RecommendAs others have mentioned, I'll never go back to a ceiling mount door opener. If you have good instructions, these can be mounted in a short matter of time. One opener will fit multiple sizes of doors, no chains, belts, etc. There are a bunch of bells and whistles that I did not need or want, but I mainly went with this one because of the overall good reviews that it has had. The installation instructions are terrible.
Would RecommendI bought this to replace a Genie opener that shelled out. Installation took about two hours by my self. Beware, it comes with no installation instructions. There is a very short operation manual that almost shows how to set up the opener after installation, but it leaves out important steps. All installation instructions are in a worthless 3d app with ridiculously over explained video instructions. Easy to install with smooth and quiet operation
Would RecommendI recently replaced my overhead opener with this wall mount opener and the installation process (after I ran all the new high-voltage and low-voltage drops) was extremely straightforward. I recommend watching the YouTube video associated with the install as it walks you through the entire process from beginning to end. I am amazed at how much quieter the operation is. It is like night and day, honestly.

Comes with only one physical remote, but the app is simple to set up, use, and share with others who need access.
