Great and easy to setup

It was not very hard to set up however we were under the impression that you could use the MyQ app to manage the codes & create temporary codes. That is not the case. You have to set them up manually. The app does not support this product.

Chamberlain Garage door opener

The opener was easy to install and came quickly. However, when I placed the order I selected home delivery but it ended up being delivered to a locker in the store. I had to call the store to cancel the order and then reorder the item. In doing so I seem to have lost my $5 in Lowes money that I had used on the previous purchase that I returned. Pretty frustrating experience.

Seems to work as advertised after proper programm.

This keypad was extremely difficult to program! Installer could not dot it and customer support spent over an hour on the phone with me to finally succeed.

Why make something so easy, so difficult

I had to read through 20 pages of instruction and got totally confused. Finally, I watch a YouTube video and found out the installation was only 3 steps. I went to install the unit, and nothing happened. I finally figured out that you sent me a unit with a dead no name battery. After replacing this worthless battery with a real one, I was able to complete the installation. Eliminate the cheap battery, provide a good one or none at all.

Very nice numeric pad. Online installation instructions no the easiest to find that match product. Once installed all works well

Read Before Returning

This works fine but I see so many issues posted on compatibility and returns. In fact the one I received was a return. I struggled for a couple hours myself until I found that the opener itself has memory to hold a limited number of remotes. In my case it was five. Since I was replacing an old keypad my limit was max’s out. I had to clear them out on the opener by pressing the learn button for six seconds. After doing that, it paired fine. Best Garage Door Opener Keypad

Easy to install and once it is programmed it works perfectly. Be patient with the programming it is will slower than explained in the instructions, but it will connect.

Only 4 stars due to setup

Works as it should. But getting it connected was horrible. It took multiple tries. I nearly gave up.

A decent low-cost solution that promotes some bells and whistles that should have asterisks. For example, to use more than a single, four-digit security code, you need to use the "free" app. But to use the app, your door opener must be wi-fi equipped or you have to buy an add-on from Chamberlain. It opens my garage door with a four- digit security code. That's it.
