Would Not RecommendBought the garage door open appropriately 1.5 years ago. I was getting ghost openings on a regular basis. Contacted customer support and they said it was probably the wall controller but the warranty had expired. I bought a new one and it seems to be working ok for now. Might get another 1.5 years out of it. 2 stars because if it is anything like the first one it will be no good.

Fixes phantom garage door openings
Would RecommendWorks great and easy to install. The last one we had was setting off the garage door randomly and shows as 2 UP and 2 DOWN on the motor buttons. It is not the control panel as it says in the manual. Our phantom garage door is now fixed. We had to unplug it to stop it before from opening and closing itself.

Would Not RecommendWall control panel stopped working after 2 years of normal use. Now I have to buy another one due to warranty expiration. There should be a lifetime warranty since there are no moving parts.
