Great BILT instructions. i like the battery back up option. I didn't like having to go back to the store to get the extension for 8 foot garage losing a day. Overall install working alone and around car in the garage including removing old Chamberlain about 6 hours.

Would RecommendThe opener is great so far. Very quiet and smooth operation. The camera is a great feature but beware that you need to pay for a subscription to use it. I opted for the $20/year sub which allows you to live view but no storage. The installation was pretty straightforward using the BILT app, but no installation instructions were included despite the BILT instructions referencing the installation manual. I was able to find the manual online to reference the various codes and light flashing errors
