Worst installation ever!!
Instructions obviously written by a Chinese speaker with a dictionary. Confusing, painful and badly done. Parts include : BROKEN wire for sensors, ZERO written instructions for installation and this “Bild” instruction is a joke! Video of a (presumably) garage door installation, which is generic to the point of uselessness. I’d return it if it wasn’t already bolted to the ceiling!

Would RecommendWorks great, fairly quiet. Just a little difficult to fine tune initially but a very good opener. The myQ is worth it. It gives you peace of mind. You can always check if you left your door open and close it remotely with your phone. Conversely, you can open it remotely to have a package delivered!

Would Not RecommendFirst thing to note: if you have a heavy door, DO NOT buy this opener. It is not a 3/4 HP motor, that's just marketing. It's the same little 12V DC motor they use in all their openers. This opener is installed on an 18x7 garage door with lots of glass in it, and really struggles to pick up the door. This opener is also embarrasingly loud for a chamberlain belt drive. It's the same noise level as the Craftsman chain drive it replaced. All the plastic parts on the case vibrate excessively.

Great garage door opener
The opener is great. Online instructions were tedious though. At least have a .pdf of the instructions for those that are .echanically inclined. we were replacing an existing opener and it was tedious to keep clicking through steps. going back a step wasnt as easy to do either.
