Doesn't dissolve properly. Not worth the extra cos
Would Not RecommendI'd leave no stars if that was an option. The product routinely doesnt dissolve in the dishwasher. I have used it both on the 1 hour setting and the 3 hour setting and it still only barely dissolved. Not worth the extra money! Sticking with the liquid that's way cheaper and way more effective.

Pacs will no longer dissolve in the dishwasher
We have been using the Platinum Plus Pacs for years, but the last two containers, 90% of the pacs will not dissolve leaving a large portion of cleaner from discharging into the washer. Nothing has changed with the water pressure or dishwasher, so it is assumed they are using a different (cheaper) polymer than previously. Very disappointing.

My dishes came out sparkling clean with no residue, and I love how my whole kitchen smells fresh after running the dishwasher.
