The factory web site service that takes written problem requests is slow to respond and don't expect any help when a call is made to Canada. Their phone didn't work when I called. Would RecommendI used the gray in the cracks between sections of my concrete driveway. It filled in easily, prevents weeds from growing and ants from building hills. Cut a tiny edge off the bag and poured, used a whisk broom to brush in stray sand. Easy to wet and set.

Would Not RecommendThis product basically consists of sand with virtually no polymer. Product failed to set. Now I have loose sand everywhere, a big clean up job and have to start from scratch with another brand.
