So far this dishwasher is great. Very quite and cleans really well. Very happy with the purchase.

Another great Cafe product

Looks great, does what it needs to do. Big plus is how quiet it is. Minor negative is how far the door sticks out from the face of the cabinets. I expected the controls to be concealed by the countertop, but for that to happen it looks like your counter needs to extend farther than normal from the face of the cabinets. Not a big deal, but would look better.

Poor drying even with convection dry

It doesn’t dry well even with the convection dry.the second rack is always wet cups & dishes I have had leaking problems plus there is an odor in the dishwasher. I did a renovation in my kitchen and order all new GE Cafe Appliances - I have not been happy. I gave it 2 Stars because dishes come out clean.

Looks and works good, but ...

Quiet washer, dishes come out clean however, I'm not a fan of the racks compared to the previous GE Profile unit for these reasons: 1. limited use of the slide out utensil rack that is just above the upper adjustable rack and 2. the bottom utensil rack is too wide which takes away from adding more plates (as compared to the Profile) model.

Great Dishwasher - Expensive Handle Upgrade

Quiet, and both washes and dries great. Would give 5 stars had we been able to order it with the desired color handle and not have to pay a lot for the custom upgrade while having to remove and disgard the handle it came with. Configure to order should be the customer experience for this model. It would also be great if access was improved to make installation of the water line more accessible.

Best Dishwasher

Dishwasher is sleek and leaves my dishes sparkling clean. I love the WiFi capability and being able to start my dishwasher from my phone. Loving it so far!

Happy with it

I really like it. Only downfall is the middle Row isn’t very deep so not a ton of stuff can go on that level. Other cheaper washers we have had have more room. But this washer dries super super well: the load itself does that like 3 hours or so!

Terrible service and dishwasher

Ge service came out twice due to a BRAND new dishwasher leaking and they basically were no help. Stated diagnostic test looks good and nothing seems to be wrong! Wasted my time waiting around for these people to tell me there is nothing wrong with dishwasher. Meantime I have a useless dishwasher unable to use bc it LEAKS and starting to damage my New hardwood kitchen floor. Don’t tell me I need to trouble shoot ( from a previous review) bc there is an obvious defect that Ge. Would like Ge to rep...

Worst product ever!

Worst dishwasher ever! Stay away! Read the other reviews about leaking. We've been dealing with this leaky washer for over 6 weeks. The GE tech guy has come to "fix" the problem at least 4 times now. Even after applying goopy silicone everywhere inside this expensive dishwasher, they can't fix the problem nor are they willing to replace the dishwasher. Very quiet. looks great and does a good job washing.

Very Quite and fast

I am looked for a while for a good quality dishwasher. I hope cafe dishwasher will last for long time. I am happy with how quite this dishwasher is. It was important to me to have a good dishwasher with good energy saver and water saver. Furthermore, it fits my mixing bowl for my attachment from the mixer.

It has just been installed so we will learn more as we put it to good use. It has the features we needed.
