Beautiful

Beautiful microwave. The only con is that you must use the dial for setting all times and you have to press the dial twice or once and the start button to get it started.

Cooks evenly

I like the look and the fact that it matches my stove. I wish it was easier to program and that it came with actual instructions. I don’t like having to get on a device every time I want to learn something about using it. It cooks much more evenly than past microwave.

Great Product

Love this microwave. It replaces a countertop model that was at least 15 years old. Controls are easy to follow. Primarily use for the microwave, but have used the convection oven feature a time or two to reheat pizza. Worked great without heating up my large oven.

Great features.

Love the easy access to the different pre program settings. The copper handles are such great dynamic eye candy. The assessors that come with it are really cool too.

Really nice microwave

Syncs with range to automatically run the exhaust fan. Large interior capacity, and polished metal walls for easy cleaning. Controls are easy once you get used to it. It looks amazing.

Beautiful microwave

Beautiful microwave. Fit perfectly to replace my GE. Display is big and bright. Love all the functionality.

Different than most

This microwave cooks well and has different options. Bake air fry etc. However, the process of choosing length of cooking time and strength of power is cumbersome and not intuitive. It takes a while (even with directions) to figure out and doesn’t give you many options. It wants to pick for you…. Looks nice, functions well. I would purchase again but be aware there’s a learning curve!

Great features

I love my microwave and have used several of the features. It has been great for convection baking and air frying as well as the Steam Cook method. I considered it a treat to myself but it has replaced so many other appliances I now say it's a necessity in any kitchen.

I like it but I don’t like all the racks that need to go with it. Too much junk.

I only had it one day and so far I am happy with it I thought it might be hard to operate and I would be a couple of days figuring it out but it was simple self explanatory

Can be frustrating to use

I admit that we not fully used all the functions at this time, and have 3 stars for now, and may do another review later after more use. The appliance is cosmetically nice, but as with other reviewers, I do agree on a couple of things. 1. The owners manual (that you have to download and print ~ almost 40 pages - same thing with the Cafe' slide in range we bought) is unclear and can certainly use improvements. I am not sure who GE uses to develop the manual, but it does not get into detail on h...

Great improvement

This model is a significant improvement over the last model. The convection option is a great addition. The door is not as heavy (which led to misalignment in our previous model -- which had a broken latch which could not be repaired). The controls are logical (not all are).

Great Unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Functional, stylish, with advanced features we are still experimenting with. The air fryer feature is tremendous and the three stage vent fan is very quiet. The capacity and convection features are a big plus. The controls are clear and easy. Our install went well.

Disappointed and distraught

I have had this microwave for about15 months, yesterday it quit working. The heating does not work. Just prior to it stopped working there was smoke that smelled like burnt toast. I take very good care of my appliances and there was no kind of residue or food inside. I purchased this with matching stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. I am very scared that the same is going to happen where these fail and need repair or replacing. These are NOT cheep appliances and I expect them to last many years ...

Good but too busy

It's fine - it's overpacked with features. I prefer simpler.

Great features

Matches GE gas stove I have. I am single person that likes to cook and like having the convection, microwave, air fryer all in one appliance. Clears up counter space.

Great new features

New today, but looks great. Had a prior one, same type, and I like the new features and new options on this one better.

HORRIBLE ventilation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] HORRIBLE ventilation, it looks good but it's practically useless as an above range microwave. Had it for about 4 months now, had a tech do the "paper" test on the bottom and at full ventilation it barely holds the paper up.

Ok Microwave

Ok microwave. Wish it had express settings. Not worth the price unless you want matching appliances which is why I bought it
