Another Cafe broken

Replaced the first one and I was sent a replacement and it broke yesterday. Made sure I kept it clean as instructed. Made great coffee and lattes. So disappointed another one is broken. Would you replace it for me?

Easy to operate

So far we love the machine the ability to adjust some settings via the app is awesome. However I do wish it came with a bottomless portafilter

Beautiful machine, great quality!

I've been through about half a dozen espresso machines in the past few years and have had awful luck — but I think this might just be the winner! I've had it a few months so far, and I'm loving it! You can feel the quality compared to the others I have had — and the crema that comes on the espresso is amazing! Great buy!

easy to use, better tast

Love how smooth the coffee comes out and now it's easy for me to adjust how concentrate my coffee is, I will run the brew once or more times whenever I want coffee other than espresso, and it works really well! my husband and son love the new must much more than what our old coffee machine makes! and the Milk froth feather is so great! cleaning after use is so easy and it looks great in my kitchen!

Amazing so far!

Just started to use and the shot pulls have been fantastic! Easy to use and understand the features. Only feedback would be the sound level of the steam wand, don’t recommend using if you don’t want to wake up sleeping family or friends.

Grinder gives out

Most beautiful coffee machine, but that’s all it is. This product only lasted with a certain type of coffee beans. I switched to a different brand just to try something new and the grinder stopped working. Customer service has been great, but they don’t even try to troubleshoot, they just offer to replace it for free. I’ve replaced it twice, and it’s been worse. The perfect at home espresso machine for the novice and the experienced barista alike. I have been in the coffee industry for 20+ years and you cannot beat the value of this machine. It has commercial features and a great design.

A good looking piece of garbage

Complete junk. I wish I had read the reviews online before I bought it because they’re all accurate. It jams up every single time I use it. Garbage. They won’t refund the purchase either nor with they give a credit. They will exchange it but who would ever want that?

Amazing Coffee

This thing is AMAZING!!! I was a barista roughly 10-15 years ago and this takes me back. It is easy to use for your family, but delivers a great drink. I would highly recommend

Half of it doesn’t work

Worked the first few times, then coffee beans kept getting lodged in the grinder and not working. After vacuuming it out and trying again it would fill up the portafilter about half way and stop. I did some research to see if it was a common problem that I could fix and found that the grinder in the machines teeth are to close together and won’t let the coffee beans go through without getting stuck. Even on the coarsest setting. No way to fix it, just a defect off of the assembly line. Gave two ...

Good overall

Really like the machine. I use it every day sometimes twice a day only downside so far is within the first week. Some of the letters just completely rubbed off of the buttons. Also, for some reason the single espresso shot insert is not tall enough to support a single serving so I’ve been using the double espresso inserts for my single or double shots.

The espresso is great

It is a wonderful product. Very heavy and high quality parts makes for a luxurious feel! Hold a generous amount of coffee grind for a very excellent espresso! I dont feel its a five star product but i dont feel right giving a four star...i say this because of the improvements that could send this thing into the best espresso machine in the market. Improvements such as... Adding a pressure gauge. There nice and fun! Working on the grinder so that its not limited to how fine a grind it can handle...

Looks awesome

Love the looks of this espresso machine. Been functioning great with no problems. Make sure to find the grind settings that work for you and it’ll make great espresso

Great customer support, great machines!

I would like to update a previous review I had left. Since my older machine broke, Cafe reached out to me and completely replaced my machine. It was a wonderful experience and I'm back to making great coffee. This machine seems to work much better than the original had even straight out the box. Cannot be happier with my purchase and the choice of going with Cafe Appliances.

Pretty good.

So far so good. Wish it also made a single serve of regular coffee. Metal grate scratches easy. Item that presses the coffee down should also match the bronze accent metal from the rest of the machine
