My first espresso machine

This is my first espresso machine. It’s great and easy to learn, use and work with. Love the fresh grinder and different baskets to pull The Espresso through. It’s very easy to clean. I look forward to my lavender lattes every morning.

Do not purchase, machine should be recalled. In short, Grinder won’t work soon after you start using it (3-4 months), clean light won’t go off, water will start leaking from the bottom, heating component will stop working so no steamed milk or hot coffee. Bottomline, this machine should not be sold.

DISAPPOINTED

I do not recommend. Within 3 months of purchasing it started leaking water from underneath the drip tray onto the counter. Within five or six months the print wore off the buttons. At 8 to 9 months the coffee grinder started throwing coffee grounds everywhere even after multiple times of cleaning. At one year the machine started leaking water around the strainer holder on the grinder. Also at one year the pump started running randomly for long periods of time. Out experience with this machine

The machine is nice but continually has issues leaking water and reporting an over pressure issue when you use the machine as intended. We found that we needed to move the grinder to no more then a 5 (which is too course) in order to get the water to come through properly. We have to return the machine.

Great machine for 1.5yrs, now leaking like a sieve

I have loved this machine for the year and a half I have had it, making espresso every morning. Recently the machine has sprung a major leak making it unable to actually pump water through the group head and instead sending hot water cascading out of the grinder area and just about every other space other than where it is supposed to go. The machine is sealed so I am unable to see and fix the problem and of course it happens just after the warranty expired. Beware!

This machine is beautiful! It is very sturdy and you can tell it is made very well. It is incredibly easy to learn how to use and I love that you can further customize the settings on the app. Definitely recommend this product!! The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is the grinder. If you use a typical espresso dark roast (which is typically on the oily side) it will get jammed frequently. However, we were able to get past that issue by using a non-oily medium roast bean instead. ...

A Must Have For Coffee Connoisseurs

Received as a Christmas present. Easy to use and easy to clean. When it was first turned on it made a very loud noise, so loud it scared the toddlers in the house. But after that first start up it never made that noise again thus far. It makes a perfect espresso or cappuccino. I love it!!

Decent with some annoyances

I use this espresso machine every morning. I make the same drink and think it’s decent. It was easy to assemble and to get the hang of. I wish the machine didn’t have so much plastic, it would be a better product if there was more stainless steel. The way the machine works where you have to pull shots before steaming anything is silly and not a good way to make a machine. Great coffee machine

Love the machine. Is well made if you keep up with the maintenance it will last forever. The only thing I can say is that the black letters on the buttons need improvement since they will peel off really fast. Especially if you are a daily coffee drinker.

Beautiful

We have only been using the machine for a couple of weeks but so far so good. I love the look of it and it is very user friendly. Hopefully I will continue to feel this way one year from now.
