Takes some getting used to

This machine is beautiful sitting on my counter. I like the ease of the espresso and that it does have a steamer. My rose gold cover didn't properly fit upon unboxing and tried to get it back on, the little clips broke. The bean storage holds a nice amount of bean, but if they a pinch greasy they may not feed well(the instructions even say this) but I have no control over the greasy beans for the roast I like. Disappointed

Lighting up too much. Still room for waste, water, coffee beans. The micro forms not working well, tried follow the direction, but not making micro forms. Can I returned? I’m not satisfying.

Looks Great and Makes Great Coffee

A great coffee maker and a great price point entry into the Super Automatic Coffee world. My only critique is the automatic rinse that it does every time it turns on which keeps me from integrating it into my smart home morning routine. If I could turn that off I could have it automatically make my coffee in the morning without any intervention to place a clean cup

Do your research before buying!

Defective product!!! Do your research before buying. Returning my newly purchased machine. Followed the steps to starting the machine. It would not run the rinse or hot water and kept saying 'Add Water even when tank is full. This seems to be a common issue on this item. No way to fix it and unable to get any support. So disappointing and extremely frustrating. Would NOT recommend!

Best Espresso

I love this espresso machine! Espresso is so smooth and better than any other machine I’ve used. Very easy to use and bonus it’s such a beautiful piece for the counter. Also pretty easy to use my toddler loves making his mommy a latte every morning.

Overall awesome product. Just requires a bit more cleaning than you would expect or hope for. Some fresh coffee grounds spill out of the brewer adding to overall waste.

I love my new automatic espresso machine. It is gorgeous to look at, very clean lines and a small footprint considering its capabilities. I left the coffee grinder set at its default and find the taste of my espresso just right. I appreciate the automatic rinse cycle prior to first use in the morning too. Quality product with consistency!

I go through coffee machines/espresso machines at least once a year. I’m hoping this one lasts but so far I am thoroughly impressed with the product it produces. My biggest complaint from past purchases were they would become inconsistent with the exception of Nespresso. However, pod cost makes owning a Nespresso expensive, the only downfall to this machine is keeping it clean. But I have no problem doing a quick clean after I use it to ensure this thing will last.

I have been using a larger coffee machine for over ten years, so when it gave out, I was really panicked at trying to replace it.
