My item arrived damaged, but Lowes replaced PRONTO
The box has a flip up handle. The handle is "pinned" by a metal shaft to two hinge points molded into the case. The material is very thin, and mine arrived with portions of the molding broken off. Since this is a carry tote, I imagine it would be a catchall for some heavy items. ( Deck Screws etc.) I would be loathe to trust it with any heavy items. It's fine for light stuff, but until they beef up the hinge posts for the handle, I suggest caution in using it. I contacted Lowes about the ...
