Would RecommendMy husband and I have tried many utility blades, but this one by far has been the best one. Easy retracting of the blade, and stays sharp for a very long time before needing to replace the blade. Opening to replace the blade is also very easy compared to other brands.

Nightmare to change the blades
Would Not RecommendKnife is ok, until you need to change the blade. screw is extremely difficult to get out and then getting is assembled again is impossible. Functions fine when opened, as soon as you marry the 2 halves together the blade mechanism doesn't want to slide in and out any longer like the 2 halves have sandwiched the mechanism too tight to move.
Need proper tool and elbow grease to access blade.
Bought this to use at a public art making event but first use of the box cutter was stymied because I didn't have a screwdriver with me & I couldn't access the blades in the handle. For other cutters I have been able to use a coin to loosen the bolt holding the cutter closed. Finally found somebody with a screwdriver and we managed with difficulty to get it open. After that cutter operation and use was as expected.
