Would Not RecommendEasy to use, the 3 blades cut well that come with it. But, overprolonged use, they dull (i.e. carpet removal) thus the need to buy more blades in a short period of time.

After the reviews about difficulty changing/inserting blades I don’t understand why there isn’t even a diagram on the package to help with this. You take out the screw and things pop off. Nothing like the old model we had for several years.

Good knife
4 stars because the price was a bit steep for what it actually is at around $7-8. If this were $5-6 it would be a 5 star. I wish it had something that did not require a screwdriver to open but thats okay. I bought it knowing that would be the case.

Would RecommendBought it about a year ago and love it. Build quality is great has a decent weight to it and it's holding up great. Only down side is that you need a screwdriver to replace the blade, but other than that its great.

Would RecommendI chose this knife because I needed an extra utility knife for cutting boxes, drywall, and other materials. It is a great knife for anyone from beginner to pro. It is easy to change the blade once it is dull. The sharp blade retracts back into the knife when you are done to protect yourself and others from cuts. It works on multiple materials. I would recommend that a homeowner keeps one in their toolbox just in case.
