TOOL BOX

This tool box weve been using for quit sometime, it holds up well as well as holds quit a bit with the top tray for lil screws in such this tool box been holding up well for a long time i recommend this

Great Quality

This toolbox is pretty heavy duty. It's well made and my only complaint would be the metal locking tabs. That's just something I'll need to get used to though. Empty, it's pretty heavy, but that's probably due to the construction. If I'm not mistaken it also seems to seal to keep water from getting inside. That's important to me considering a water leak destroyed my tools in a different brand toolbox. I haven't had this all that long, but did accidentally drop it off a shelf in the garage about ...

Craftsman tool box

Bought as a carpentry/general tool box. Fits a 24” level inside. Partial top tray is handy for smaller tools (rasp, bevel gage, torpedo level....). Nice that it’s weather-sealed, but I haven’t tested that.

For the price, it's adequate. Nothing spectacular, nothing shoddy.

Great Toolbox

This is large and roomy for tools. The inside tray does not go all the way across the length. Do you can keep bulky things which wouldn't fit under it, like a small sander or a drill. Also it has a waterproof seal.

Very happy with the quality of this item

Very happy with the quality feel of this AMERICAN MADE tool box which has a heavy quality feel and a rubber waterproof membrane that allows it to shut with a solid "thud." This is a quality item.

Size is good for my tools the only issue i have since i just got it minutes ago is that its nowhere for the tray to sit or am i not lookin hard enough?

Not really a 28" tool box

THis is a very well constructed heavy duty plastic tool box with a sliding tray. However, the 28" is the edge to edge dimension and the interior space is much smaller because of the indented handle grips on end end. Granted they are handy to have bit they eat up a lot of useable room inside. I got this box to house my 50lb. electric jack hammer which is 25" long from the top of the handle to the opening at the other end for the various bits. With virtually no room to spare I was able to maneuv...

Good price Bad box

I gave this 2 stars only because the price was good. Looks like you get what you pay for though. The latches to Keep the box locked shut are horrible. Check this out in the store before buying. This makes the box useless unless you enjoy wrestling the box open & shut every time.

Nice portable toolbox

These are great toolboxes. I have about five of these and they are all great. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the handles are hard to fasten shut in a hurry. The water seal is good and effective. I would recommend for a nice portable toolbox.

Wanted a good weather proof box and so far it has been great

Hinges are not very well designed

I've had this box for a couple of weeks, I am building a second set of tools to keep in my truck. The box itself is great, but the hinges are terrible. I don't know if it was factory misalignment or if I dinged it at some point,but the two fanged pins on the side engage with the clips in such a way that makes it impossible to open without a tool(haha?). I just tore half my fingernail off trying to get it open on a job site. I'll be returning this tomorrow.
