It’s a jigsaw puzzle and over engineered

Takes way too long to change a blade and the screw holding it together will strip when you try and put back together. They’ve over engineered it and made it too complicated to change a blade that should take 5 min. Just throw it away when the blade dulls.

No instructions. Inserted the blade for the first time, and it's stuck in there. Returning.

Terrible design

After spending at least 30 minutes trying to put this knife back together (and probably ten minutes trying to take it apart to begin with -- and there's only one screw to unscrew!), I decided the best option was to salvage the new blades and throw the rest of the thing in the trash. I've got decades of woodworking and home repair experience, and I've never seen such a terrible tool design.

Worth the money

Pretty easy to change the blade, fits great in your hand. I’m happy with it. Doesn’t feel cheap like most utility knives.

Too Complicated!!!!

Why isn’t it ready to use? The blades are inside and you need a screw driver to open it to get them out. I couldn’t use it to cut the plastic bubble paper to cover my vases(no screw driver). I still haven’t used it! At least put a mini-screw driver and step-by-step instructions inside. Tell us how to open the cover and show how it goes together.

Lack of a simple diagram.

If there had been any mention about the quick change blade and the black button on the side, it would have been helpful, but no. I discovered the blade holder in the handle, but no explanation about the quick-change blade. I have been using knives like this for 40 years with no issues until now. I removed the single screw, as always, and the whole thing came apart. It took a long time, and needed a third hand, to put it back together with the detached blade holder that popped out and a blade in...

Great utility knife

Easy to access spare blades, install a new blade without disassembling the knife. Opening and closing is easy and positive. Green color will make it easy find.
