Pros: Solid value for $199 (on sale at Christmas). Easy to Assemble. Comes with liner for each drawer. Doors close smoothly. Casters are solid and work well. Cons: Doors do not pull out smoothly. They basically require two hands to open due to a weird "hitch" when about 3 inches open. My drawer handles were all angled out. That may be the reason. It is possible they aren't supposed to be. Relatively easy to install the casters and handle. Metal seems cheaper than in the past with Craftsman tool boxes. Overall still a nice and functional tool box.

Inferior material used in the product.

Craftsman Tool chests these days are not near the quality they used to be 15 or more years ago. They appear to be using thinner material thus making them more susceptible to being damaged in shipping as mine was. I repaired it in about an hour. I doubt it could handle the load of tools that an older one could due to the thinner material. I’m not using this for tools. Nice roll-around workbox

Item was not damaged in the original packaging. Easy to assemble, just turn upside down and put the wheels on. Worktop is nice and I'm happy to have full length drawers on this one instead of the half and half. I wish it came in Red!

Product came dented up through delivery. Husband said do not return it.

Great work space!

Product came through fed ex and it was properly packaged. The box was a little worn due to its size but inside the item was undamaged. I love the size and durability of the worktop and there is a lot of drawer space. The drawers come out smoothly and the wheels are perfectly balanced and not too loose. It was a gift for someone else so I won’t get much use but they sure loved it when they saw it!

You would think with the amount of reviews outlining this issue, Lowe’s would take action with their supplier. My experience with this order will cause me to never order from Lowe’s again.

Didn't have any damage issues. At the $250 price I paid, it is a fantastic toolbox and I haven't seen a better toolbox at this price in years. The wheels are annoying to install. I'd have been happier if the wheels' attachment plates extended to where the holes are not blocked by the wheel (not a problem for the casters which can be positioned out of the way, only for the fixed wheels). It's not that I wouldn't recommend the product, because my family has used their tools & products since the 80s with no issues at all. It's more so that I wouldn't recommend buying any large item from Lowe's and choosing the shipping option.
