Great tool for anyone.

I've had this for about 4 years. We live in the Midwest so with salt and corrosion and older vehicles, our tires tend to leak air. So, it gets used weekly. I like that we have the option to use many different power sources, but I mainly use the battery or the 120v option. I have also inflated floaty toys for the pool or weekends at the lake. I highly recommend this even if you don't have a battery, it will still come in handy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a question about using this on the battery. If I inflate something using the battery I have the switch on DC mode. Then I am not sure how to switch it off. I usually fill it to AC mode and display goes off. But if I use it a week later the battery is dead. How do I stop DC mode after use so the battery does not run flat?

This air compressor works great! I love how I didn’t even have to get down on my knees to use it!

A must have

Outstanding inflator. It truly covers every scenario. I recently bought a second one after forgetting I was inflating a slow leak and ran over my first one.

Craftsman inflator model CMCE520B

this is my second craftsman tire inflatorCMCE520B . the first one worked on one tire and would not turn back on. I use the cigarette lighter. I returned it bought a second one. it worked great on all 4 car tires. Using it today for the second time, it wont turn on. Very disappointing. I kept the receipt will return it today. Overall a good Inflator.The big negative is the hose for inflating pool floats, the hose is too short and the connection to the unit is poorly designed, hose kept falling off of the unit
