The angled bristles are perfect, strong enough to do the job and soft enough not to scratch. I was able to reach my ceilings to scrub (that's saying alot I'm only 4'11). The angle brush head allowed me to get the corners easily. It's lightweight so my arms didn't get tired in the cleaning over my head process. The bristles are sturdy enough to get the job done. This is a great product and comes highly recommended.
