All in One Printer
Brother's all in one laser printer is a huge step up from my previous all in one from HP. Easier to use, better support, and does beautiful printing. My only objection is that the cost of subscribing to the automatic ink refill program seems excessive. I use the printer for home use only.

Great MFC copier!
My previous MFC was the MFC-9560 which is still working great. I wanted to donate it for a good cause. I have been pleased with Brother's new MFC-L3780CDW since purchased. No problems. Just good printing and scanning. Love your products.

Great All-in-One Printer, Generally a very good, easy to use printer. It does have a couple of minor drawbacks: 1) The operations/view screen should be swiveled/adjustable, in order to make it easier to read, especially when sitting, standing, or facing the unit from a short side view. 2) You must be careful with the document feeder handler--I have had a few issues when using the feeding handler with the paper. . Scan good, print functions so so
Mixed results, color is not clear. It also will not print checks no matter what I do. It will always use the main tray. The only way I found to print a check is to put the check in the MP Tray and pull out the standard tray. Printing envelopes is a mess. It will damage the envelop unless you open the back of the machine prior to printing so the envelop comes out the back. This is a problem as the machine is near a wall.... many issues like this.

Paper Jams. ink streaks. Poor investment
This product paper Jams way too often to be pleasant to use. You have to take it apart and remove about 10 things. And the printer cartridges often stream lines across the printouts. It has way too many parts to make life easy. I owned an HP printer before for 10 years and never had as many problems. I’m going to return mine and hope it is accepted to return within the time. Period.. my aunt had a brother for a long time and liked them, but this has just been very disappointing in under a month ...

A great color laser printer
I've been using Brother laser printers for 10 years. All have been black toner only. I decided my next printer would be a color laser and the L3780 has not disappointed. It has good color, sharp text, and is fairly quick to print. If I had any complaint, it would be how big and heavy it is. It was difficult to get it from the box to the printer cart. Overall, it is a good color laser printer.

Great Upgrade from Inkjet, but...
Our church has used an HP inkjet for many years. Recently we decided to upgrade because of an issue with the printer. We decided to go laser and went with Brother based on reviews and an analysis of expected toner usage. The printer setup was flawless, and it prints really well and much quicker than the inkjet. Great Laser Printer
I have been an HP Officejet for most of my life, but I recently moved to a very humid environment and I was having issues with the Inkjet cartridges. My new Brother Laser does not appear to be affected by the humidity so I am really happy.
