I am really glad that I found this printer. My 20 plus year old brother all in one printer finally crashed and burned I needed a replacement for my home office. The MFC-J4335DW is perfect for my needs. The additional option of wireless connection is a great improvement over the older unit. OK printer. Fax not so good. Hard if not impossible to get working as extension on phone line. My old Canon was simple.

Easy to operate
Loved this printer until I did an upgrade and then everything went downhill. I had to uninstall it and reinstall and now it's working great again. Won't do the updates anymore knowing what can happen.

The quality of the prints are very good. The machine is pretty quiet. I have trouble figuring out how to change printouts to 4x6

Very disappointing!
My HP printer was so much better than this Brother printer. Twice in two weeks, I've had the same problem printing docs. The sheets came out with white lines and print so light that I couldn't read the print. I had plenty of ink and it was recommended that I run the maintenance option. It worked, but the color didn't seem to be as rich as it should be. Also, I've always made my own greeting cards and found out today that this printer will not accept card stock. Big disappointment.
