Do not waste your money

This is my second under sink water filtration, and both of them are very low water pressure. I have gone through the steps of removing the air trapped inside the unit, and it will work fine for a few days, and then it will slow down to a trickle. This is the second unit I have used in two different houses and I get the same results. And now my current unit is leaking and I cannot figure out where the leak is coming from. Don't waste your money on this one.

Not pleased

I was impressed with the system reading about it, but after a couple of years, it is not working.

Great water!

Good quality but short time use

After 2 year using it got problem and advice me need shell and expensive shipping cost give up👎

I'm not happy at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not happy at all with this filter. I installed it and was working fine for about an hour and then nothing came out and the filters started leaking.

Cheaply made

I would not recommend this product at all. It is very poorly made and Brondell only has a one-year warranty. The parts inside the cabinet are plastic. One of the caps cracked or exposed a leak which sprays water everywhere. It flooded under the sink. This unit is more expensive than many other units but won't last very long at all.

Look for an alternative

If you go onto Reddit, you’ll see so, so many people that encounter issues with this filtration system. It starts off great but eventually loses all pressure, takes hours to fill a pitcher and Brondell gives you the run-around to avoid accountability.

Doesn’t last

Did a great job the first 2 years. Them the flow was weak. Now it stopped working completely. We did changes the filters as requested.

Worked great for just over a month. Poor support

100% disappointed. I’ve had it installed for 1 month and all was great. Now I pour one 8oz glass of water and I can hear it sending waste water down my drain for 30 minutes after pouring one tiny glass. Support doesn’t seem to be of any help. I didn’t pay this price for a new RO system to have to waste so much time to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem. Someone in support should know what the problem is. My water isn’t hard or soft too. It’s normal county water. Something is wrong and support...

Works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Small built in tank means it doesn't last as long. But I haven't run into that issue yet. Works great and produces clean and great tasting water The all in one form factor makes it very quick and easy to install.

Good as new

Great product...until it isn't :(

Purchased and installed this at the beginning of 2022. Took maybe 30 minutes to get up and running, and it has been delightful! The water from the system runs slower than an RO with a pressure tank, but it takes up so much less room that we found it was worth it. There are significant costs every 6 months to replace the filters, but we were happy... ...until 2 years in and it sprung a leak. It took communicating with Brondell to get instructions on how to open up the body of the system to ident...

Noticed upon opening the box

A review of the owners manual revealed no inclusion on the products component page nor any instruction as to how or where to install. Perhaps delete the clips from the packaging or provide a diagram of where and how to install the clips on the Colletes to prevent the tubes from being accidentally removed manually or by an accidental spike in water pressure. The compact size gives me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The compact size gives me more under sink room than with other brands, and reduces more contaminates than other brands. The Owners Manual is clear and helpful, as are the online videos. And customer service is terrific!

Great Product
