Great Upgrade!
Would RecommendI needed a light near the shower and the exhaust fan did not have one. This upgrade just save me a bunch of money by not needing a recessed light in the shower area. Literally took me 5 minutes and done!!!
Not as universal as advertised
Would RecommendNot as universal as advertised. Springs that draw the cover up into place are too long and they don’t hold cover in place on our model of fan. The design, quality are nice I would have loved the features. It just doesn’t work on my existing fan.

Great easy light solution
Would RecommendI have an older home and have a small Broan vent fan, they don't make a replacement that has a light in my size, but this fit over the existing hole without changing anything else, finally have better light in that area of my bathroom. Was a little tight to get the plug adapter in, but squeezed it in.

Would Not RecommendIntegrated LEDs should be illegal. They're so wasteful, since you have to replace the entire $40 unit when the bulb burns out in a few months. Broan is just joining in the long list of companies squeezing every last drop of money from struggling consumers. I'll never buy their products.

Would RecommendThis is a really nice grid with a built-in light. Unfortunately, to my dismay, this did not readily plug into my model of Broan fan. With a little upgrading, it was fine. I ended up making a small 6in extension cord to help the plug fit into the recessed opening as the plug it came with did not fit. Great product... but probably worth checking your model number!

Works well with old Model 679
Would RecommendI had an old and noisy Nutone Model 679 in my bathroom. I replaced the motor and fan, then installed this new cover. The cover fit the old housing and looks great. The built in LED light is nice. This was a good choice over trying to put in a new fan unit, housing and all.
